Dear members of Feenix,

The submission period ended for the Phoenix 1.12.1 Anniversary Video and Facebook contest and we hereby present you our contestants.

All members are invited to cast their vote ** and post their comments, reviews or support in reply of this topic, on Youtube and Facebook. Keep in mind to respect each-others work and effort.

This poll will remain open until Friday May 18 2012, winners of the Community Choice Award and the Feenix Team's Choice Award will be announced on May 19 2012.

It seems that there are alot of votes done by "members" which forum accounts have been made today/yesterday, and have 0 posts on these forums. :S

It is likely that people have asked friends, guild members ect to join and vote. We're monitoring the IP addresses and email addresses of all voters to ensure a genuine outcome.

Anyone who is caught cheating will be disqualified from the contest.

To Kazi, Warsong a pve server? Last time I looked server configuration is set to (pvp), which has been since May 15, 2010

To Iolwtf, we track and compare email addresses, IP's/subnets and proxies. If someone thinks to cheat his or her way into the contest, he or she will be caught. Nonetheless, the pve minded community is not small, while not all members are active forum registrants/posters. We do consider the possibility of first time registering for the contest, too.

No Pve or PvP can beat a guy who thinks he was a dragon =)).
But that's why polls were invented.


Now, for a pressing matter:

Monkzorn, i'd like to know who you are, from where did you get info about my participation and more importantly, from who did you get the suggestion on vote, seeing you say you're somehow a friend...wich is pecculiar since i don't have many of those.

Just because they only joined the forum today doesn't mean they aren't a member of the community. They are most likely players that never found a reason to join the forum, but now they have. For example, before I joined the Feenix team almost 2 years ago, I was a player on Warsong, and I still play there, but I don't have a forum account for my normal in-game accounts because I have no reason for it.

Sorry for missunderstanding i ment that ur and our feenix server is ment to be for both PvE and PvPers but i personally support Megan video for showing us a real high quality dedication of killing the most complex and hard to script boss in vanilla and possible in the entire wow. in less then 6 minutes showing us how to use maximum of consumabiles and flowless movement and positioning without more then 1 person dies the entire fight, we need this kind of people to join urs-our project and keep this quality up. As for lolwtf video i like it alot but not to really impress theres alot of PvP videos out there and less real PvE footage.

Anyway, i have a suggestion regarding the new votes: all votes from accounts made after 13.05.2012: 09.33 A.M. won't be taken into consideration.
Indeed, players joining in this current week won't be able to vote, but it should remove any frisky attempts i presume.

As for the contest, the vote per poll was announced in the original contest announcement. We have chosen to host this poll on wow-one, to be able to track voting and members ourselves, which would not been possible on a medium like youtube or facebook. As said, new member accounts are all tracked, if the identity proven unique, they are to be considered members of Feenix as well as any regular poster

But in all seriousness, the message should be clear in towards other posts which have been cleaned from topic. After all this contest was intended to be an open contest for all members of Feenix
In addition, any person who has legit concerns is and has always been free to contact the administration email.
