Today we applied the following patch to Archangel:

Project Archangel 2.4.3 - Patch #3.0 (Rev. 408-453)

Player Mechanics

  • Casting dispel will now set the caster in combat with the target
  • Channeling spells will no longer receive push back from DoTs
  • Triggered stuns will now also trigger spells which proc from hostile stuns
  • Orc racial Command is now working correctly
  • Shadow Sight is now working correctly
  • Casting bar should no longer disappear unexpectedly
  • Channeled Spells are now interruptable
  • Delayed spells will no longer deal the double amount of their usual damage
  • Confused movement, as well as fear movement should no longer make the player appear as if he was teleporting

4 Crash fixes

Hunter

  • Entrapment now has a diminishing return
  • Pet abilities are now causing Frenzy or Ferocious Inspiration to trigger
  • Snake Trap now working correctly
  • Attack Speed stacking is no longer possible
  • Pets will now attack in and under water

Mage

  • Reimplementation of the fix for Spellsteal using dispel mechanics
  • Interaction between Arcane Concentration (clearcasting effect), arcane potency and arcane missiles is now working properly
  • Empowered Fireball Talent will no longer cause Fireball DoT to gain bonuses from spell damage

Paladin

  • Judgement of Blood now has a 0.5s delay

Rogue

  • Assassination Armor set bonus no longer benefits Sinister Strike, Hemo, Backstab or Ambush but only Eviscerate and Envenom
  • Seal Fate is now working properly
  • Find Weakness is now working with Slice and Dice
  • Cold Blood and Mutilate is now working correctly for Offhand too

Shaman

  • Fire and Earth Elementals now always use spells and abilities correctly
  • Earth Shield is now working correctly
  • Elemental Focus is now working properly

Warlock

  • Death Coil no longer breaks on damage
  • Soul Link now also increases pet damage
  • The talent Demonic Resilience reduces damage taken for pets too

Warrior

  • Specific types of spells will no longer ignore spell reflect (e.g Ice Lance)
  • Sweeping Strikes now working correctly

Arenas & Battlegrounds

  • Arena Preparation will no longer put the player in invisibility mode
  • Marshal/Warmaster auras now grant the nearby creatures 25% health points and damage bonus per stack

Creature Mechanics

  • NPC Spells are no longer able to critically hit
  • Channeled Spells are now affected by Spell haste

Items

  • 'Rocket Boots Xtreme' & Fix
  • 'Bloodlust Brooch' no longer cancels Deathwish
  • Disabled usage in arena for the item 'Tidal charm'

A hotfix has been applied to resolve the following issues:

  • A crash introduced by the patch has been resolved
  • Honor vendors are now spawned in Orgrimmar and Stormwind

A hotfix has been applied to resolve the following issues:

  • A crash has been resolved
  • Netherspite's aggro range has been adjusted
  • Nightbane should no longer summon more than 7 skeletons
